The SALC team has a wide range of experience and knowledge ensuring that we provide the best possible service we can. It is important to us that we know our members and that they know us so that we can maintain a professional relationship with your council.  We are always at the end of a phone to either the clerk of chair of the council and if we cant help we will always try to find someone who can. 

Like councils, workloads and expectations are high and often there are not enough hours in the day and so to help us work well as team we have adopted a set of values that help us in our day to day work in supporting councils, solving problems and decision-making.
