The Disability Advice Service (East Suffolk known as DAS and based in Martlesham Heath) covering Leiston down to Felixstowe, and the Disability Advice North East Suffolk known as DANES, based in Lowestoft area, are friendly local charities providing free independent advice and support to adults and children with any disability-related problems and their families and carers; and helping those in crisis.
